Partner Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the RecruitMatch AI Partner Program. These terms govern your participation in our program. By signing up as a partner, you accept these terms.

1. The Partner Program

When you join our Partner Program, you become an independent partner who can earn commissions by referring customers to RecruitMatch AI.

What this means:

You're an independent contractor, not our employee
This is a non-exclusive arrangement - you can work with other companies
You get a unique referral link to share with potential customers
You earn commission when people sign up through your link and become paying customers

2. How You Earn Commissions

Commission Rate

You earn 20% of the monthly subscription price for every customer you refer.

Plans and Your Earnings:

Starter plan (€99/month) → You earn €19.80/month
Professional plan (€199/month) → You earn €39.80/month
Agency plan (€349/month) → You earn €69.80/month

Commission Duration

You'll receive commission payments for 12 consecutive months after a customer starts their paid subscription. After 12 months, commission payments stop, even if the customer continues their subscription.

When You Get Paid

Payment schedule: Once per month, within 7 days after month-end
Payment method: Direct bank transfer via Stripe to your IBAN
Minimum payout: €50 per month
Below minimum: If you earn less than €50 in a month, we'll add it to next month's payment

When Commission Starts

Commission begins when your referred customer completes their first paid subscription payment. Free trial signups don't earn commission until the customer converts to a paid plan.

Plan Changes

If a customer upgrades or downgrades their plan, your commission adjusts to match the new plan amount starting from the next billing cycle.

Refunds and Cancellations

If a customer gets a refund, we'll deduct that commission from your next payment
If a customer cancels, you'll still receive commission for their final paid billing period
After cancellation, no more commission payments for that customer

3. What You Can and Can't Do

What You Can Do

Share your referral link via email, social media, your website, or in person
Write blog posts or create content about RecruitMatch AI
Recommend us to clients, colleagues, or your professional network
Use our provided marketing materials

What You Can't Do

Make false or misleading claims about our service
Spam people with unsolicited emails
Bid on "RecruitMatch AI" or our brand name in Google Ads or other paid advertising
Pretend to be an official RecruitMatch AI representative
Create fake accounts or self-referrals
Offer unauthorized discounts or change our pricing
Use bots or automated systems to generate fake signups

4. Customer Data and Privacy

In your partner dashboard, you can see limited information about customers you've referred:

Email addresses
Signup dates
Subscription status
Your commission earnings

Important rules:

Use this data ONLY to track your referrals and earnings
Don't use it for marketing, email campaigns, or contact those customers
Don't sell, share, or give this data to anyone else
Keep your partner dashboard login secure
If you discover a data breach or security issue, tell us immediately at partners@recruitmatch.ai
When your partnership ends, you must delete any customer data you may have saved

These rules are required by GDPR (European data protection law). Breaking these rules can result in immediate termination and legal liability.

5. What We Provide

We'll give you:

A unique referral link that tracks your signups
Access to your partner dashboard to monitor referrals and earnings
Basic marketing materials (email templates, social media posts)
Monthly commission payments
Email support at partners@recruitmatch.ai

We reserve the right to:

Hold payment if we suspect fraud or policy violations
Investigate unusual referral patterns
Reverse commissions for invalid or fraudulent referrals

6. Using Our Brand

You can use the "RecruitMatch AI" name and logo when promoting our service through your referral link. However:

Don't modify our logo or create variations
Don't register domain names or social media accounts that include "RecruitMatch AI"
Stop using our name and logo immediately if your partnership ends

7. Ending the Partnership

How to Leave

Either you or we can end this partnership at any time with 30 days notice by email to hello@recruitmatch.ai.

Immediate Termination

We can terminate your partnership immediately if you:

Violate these terms
Engage in fraud or abuse
Damage our reputation
Break any laws

What Happens When It Ends

Your referral link stops working
You lose access to your partner dashboard
You must stop using our name and logo
You must delete any customer data you saved
We'll pay out any commissions you've earned up to that point
For customers you already referred, you'll continue earning commission for the remainder of their 12-month period

8. Taxes

You're responsible for paying any taxes on your commission income. This includes income tax, VAT (if applicable), and any other taxes required in your country. We don't withhold taxes from your payments - you'll receive the full commission amount and must handle your own tax obligations.

9. Limitations and Disclaimers

No Guarantees

We don't guarantee how much you'll earn or how many people will sign up through your link. Results vary based on your promotional efforts.

Our Liability

Our maximum liability to you is limited to any unpaid commissions you've earned. We're not responsible for lost profits, missed opportunities, or indirect damages.

Your Liability

You're responsible for your own promotional activities and any violations of these terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes (like reducing commission rates), we'll email you at least 30 days in advance. By continuing to participate after changes take effect, you accept the new terms. If you don't agree with changes, you can end your partnership per Section 7.

11. Disputes and Legal Stuff

If you have a problem, email us first at hello@recruitmatch.ai and we'll try to sort it out.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any legal disputes will be handled in the courts of Arnhem, Netherlands.

Other Legal Details:

You're an independent contractor, not our employee
You can't transfer your partnership to someone else without our permission
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest still applies
This document represents our entire agreement - it supersedes any previous discussions

By clicking "I Agree" and creating your partner account, you confirm that you've read and agree to these terms.
